These Accords are Laid Out with regard to the Territory known commonly as
JELBKAFROD,
A Planet uninhabited by any Race of People or Organisms possessing the Faculties of Intelligence bespeaking a Sentient Species (including, but not necessarily limited to: the engineering of Tools and Weapons; the controlled generation of Fire; the engineering of the Wheel; the possession of a Language, spoken or otherwise; and the comprehension of the basic Principles of Agriculture).
These Accords are laid out addressing the allocation of the Planet’s Territory and other Resources between ALL KNOWN SENTIENT SPECIES. In the Understanding that the Planet at issue is Devoid of such Creatures, the aforementioned Territory and other Resources are to be divided between the two known Sentient Species detailed above.
