There is this awesome website I was just introduced to called quickposes that has so many great figure references you won't know what to do with yourself. The website is a little hard to navigate, but if you click around a bit you should be able to get good poses. If you are uncomfortable with nudity, you should proceed with caution because many poses are nude. I think there is a way to filter out the nude ones if drawing nude models is uncomfortable for you. (this website is free btw!)
There is a way to filter out nude poses. On this page if you click on the "clothed" poses you will only get clothed ones.
Another way to get good figure references and practice drawing people is to go to figure drawing sessions. If you live in a town with a college or university in it, or one of a decent size, these should exist. They usually cost money to go to, but are usually affordable. There is one every Saturday in my town where you get to draw nude models in various poses for 3 hours for only 3 dollars. Again, wouldn't recommend this if you are uncomfortable with nudity.
Third way- draw your classmates, family members, teachers, strangers, etc. This will help you get more "real" poses as they aren't actually posing for you. It's kind of frustrating and you kind of have to be able to draw fast though because people tend not to stay still. Coffee shops are nice places to go if you want to draw strangers that don't move as much.
I hope this is helpful!
