Don’t you miss Robinslash and Flamingshadow? Being a kitty pet sucks...” Mousekit said still angry with her mother, but she stayed calm.

Smokepaw went to the warriors den. “Hollowcliff the dens are filling with water!” She meowed trying not to panic. “We need to get everyone out of here.” She added.

Blazepaw felt bad for Stormkit being tired. “Don’t go to sleep just yet.” She told her little brother. “You’ll get to nap as long as you want later.” She purred.

“Where can we go Ryespot?” Hopeleap asked, worried as she cleaned her face with one paw. She certainly hadn’t expected this sort of danger to the clan.

"I..." He meowed before trailing off. The tom narrowed his eyes before he raced out and started to try and grab anything that was nearby to help baracade the den. He grabbed rocks and twigs and long strands of grass and anything before he rushed back in and started to make a barrier. Once it was over the current water level, he quickly grabbed some moss and started to pour the water already inside out and at the time time slowly continuing to build the barrier up. Once the tom was done, he kept any extra supplies nearby and started to make a smaller wall around him and his mate to act as another barrier if any water seeped through.

Gingersplash padded out of the warriors den, yawning and stretching in the sunlight. She flicked her tail, eyes drifting around the camp as she quietly walked to the prey pile, grabbing a small mouse and padding away to eat it off to the side.

Dustfang swallowed hard as his clan mates began moving around him, a moment of hesitation as the water kept filling camp. He turned to the rest of the den, calling out,"Lizzarddash, Softpetal! Timberheart pushed past Morningfall toward the medicine storage to find Raggedpaw already awake. Without hesitation the tom grabbed some leaves and pawed them over to Raggedpaw,"make bundles with these, we can always find more of these leaves when we ..." His attention was drawn away to the sound of Amberstar's announcement and he continued with his work, neatly making bundles of whatever herbs he could find that weren't already ruined.

Aspensong stumbled to the side, almost falling asleep as she noticed the rising water. With a hazy thought her mind raced to "When did this happen? I swear it wasn't this high a moment ago", and she turned to move into camp to see what all the commotion was. Her pelt felt heavy from sleeplessness but she did as best as she could padding into the now chaotic camp. Her gaze swept across camp to Nighthawk, who seemed alarmed. With another start, she registered just how high the water actually was already as she jogged over to her forbidden mate,"Nighthawk what's happening?" Her eyes were wide with setting in panic as she flickered her ears down.

Cliffleg frowned as she entered camp, back from an unsuccessful hunt. It seemed the storm had scared away most of the prey, and the ground was completely saturated. With a little bit of a hesitant movement she flicked a clump of mud off of her claws, hoping to dislodge her unease at the same time. Though she couldn't quite remember when it had started to rain, she knew there'd already been quite a bit. Frostpaw struggled in his nest, flattening his ears to ward away the sound of the storm. He'd had a hard time sleeping thanks to the thunder and lighting so he was in a little bit of a mood. With an angry grumble he picked up his head, a grimace on his muzzle as he watched the rain come down.

It didn't take Frostpetal very long to wake up and piece together what exactly was going on from all the talking. She yawned and stood up "Oh mouse dung." she mumbled glancing around the warrior's den before she spotted Willowtree. She moved to her side prodding her with her paw. "Hey, Willowtree, I hate to wake you but we've got to go." she said quickly. "Camp is flooding and i'd hate for you to get swept away. So let's get out of here." she said.

Darkgaze padded out of the warrior's den, looking down at the water that rushed to meet his paws as soon as he stepped down into the clearing for camp. He frowned and glanced around uneasy.

Swiftleap picked up Volekit without another word and turned, leading the way out of the den and quickly towards the camp entrance. His usual fluffy fur quickly got soaked sticking against him but he didn't seem to notice. He left the camp not waiting for the rest of their clanmates, only pausing to make sure Hawktalon and Briareyes were still with him.

Treekit watched Swiftleap pick up his brother and then he fell silent when Swiftleap didn't say anything else. This was like the fire.. That's why they were so upset.. He let out a tiny worried whine but didn't say anything just watched his father carry Volekit.

Hawktalon glanced at Volekit wanting to comfort his nephew but what could he say? He didn't really know where they were going anyways. He followed after Swiftleap carrying Acornkit still, moving past his clanmates his eyes scanning the clearing for Briarheart and her son before he padded out of the camp. He could always come back once he got Acornkit to safety.

She glanced behind them frowning when she noticed her siblings had run off. She pinned her ears and looked at Moonflight "Um.. Amberstar didn't exactly say where so I suppose we get to the highest ground we possibly can." she said. Riverbriar glanced around before she shook herself. She hated the feeling of all of this rain.. "I guess maybe we just keep going forward? Maybe? Keep trying to find higher ground?"

Bearshadow felt the tips of his ears heat up and he nodded. "Let's go." he said as he led the way out of the den. He flattened his ears as the rain came pouring down. He headed for the camp entrance, pausing to make sure Creamflower was still following him. He didn't want to lose her in the crowd of cats and the rising water.

Stormyskies instantly felt guilty, he wished Rainysplash were here.. Having both of them would make Bayclaw feel better he was sure.. She was right she had lost a lot.. Both of her sisters..
