Welcome to CRAA, or The Character Rescue and Adoption Agency. This is Smudge, our glorified little mascot. While some adoption agencies choose pets that are hard to get and popular, we chose Smudge, to show that everyone, even the less popular and common, matters.
I am Festus(CH), or Festus to many. I am the founder of CRAA. I am normally a nice person, unless you really get on my bad side. So be sure to follow the rules and stay on good terms with me, alright?
Here at CRAA, you can adopt characters in need of homes. There will always be some characters here for one reason or another. It's our job to make sure those characters get homes where they will be loved and appreciated. We have a few rules here though so please be sure to follow them!

Rules Of CRAA
Please follow all these rules or you will be warned, possibly banned for a period of time from CRAA!

~Don't be rude to anyone! Not even those competing with you for a character!~
~Just because you're the only one who did a form does not mean you'll get the character.~
~Respect the staff, they work hard to keep this place going.~
~Don't whine about not getting a character.~
~Do not, under any circumstances, repost a form! We will know if you edited it! That is spam!~
~As before, no spamming. We want a nice, clean thread here.~
~You are only allowed to enter TWO(2) forms per round.~
~Don't boast about getting a character. No one likes a bragger.~
~If you have donated a character, and it has forms for it, you may not have it back.~
~Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT steal any of these designs! Other people are actually trying for them!~
~Let me just say that bribery will get you nowhere with the judges, neither will rudeness or begging.~
~Don't rush us for the code drop. We have lives outside of CS you know.~
~Forms must be completely filled, and the small text at the bottom must stay there.~
~If you are donating, include the link to the lines, if they are used!~

I know, this looks like a lot of rules, but please read them! They might help, you never know. Plus, they're mostly simple stuff.

Tips for a Good Form
Do you really want to win a character? Then follow these tips, they may help out.

~If you go for a character, be sure to fill out the form as thoroughly and as best as you can, so the judges will consider it.
~Don't just write a two sentence paragraph for stories, I would like to see some long, fluent stories with paragraphs sliding easily together
~Put more than just "Calm, easygoing, evil" for the personality. Give a little bit about why or how the character is like that.
~Add color, add pictures, add quotes, whatever you think will make your form look better. We love seeing creative forms.
~Try not to rip off someone's story idea and just use your character instead. Be creative, and be original!
~Describe the character you want to the best of your ability.
~You cannot bribe, beg, or be rude to the judges. The best thing to do is to stay on good terms with them, or you might get banned.
~Be sure the personality and history match up, or the judges will get very confused at code drops.
~You are allowed to put "WIP" for parts of the form, just try to come back and finish what you started!
~No matter how many people are going for a character, don't just give up because of it. In fact, use that to drive you to do the best form!
