The new archive is up!
Although it is still being made by Tyasi, there are some changes we've discussed and agreed upon to add to the archive.
Firstly, none of the old foxes will carry over to the new archive. The new archive will be strictly v.2 foxes. We are basically starting on a clean slate. The old archives are overflowing with foxes and user entries so it was time to start anew. This also means that if the 10+ fox rules applied to you before, they no do not anymore. Like I said- clean slate. We're starting over. The old foxes will still be in the old archive, and you can still use them, but they will remain there forever and go unchanging. Any v.2 foxes you have will be put in the new archive, and your current fox count will be based specifically on v.2 foxes.
Secondly, the breeding of foxes is going to change. Well.... not really. Basically, it's going to become super rare. If I open breeding slots for foxes, I will probably open only one or two, make those litters, and not make any more for a while. It will still remain free to breed your foxes, you just have to be there at the right time. It is likely getting a breeding slot will become a prize for any contests or games I have in the future for events, and basically unheard of outside of that. If I can get the motivation, however, I will try to open breeding at least once in a while. Mostly, I don't want what happened last time to happen again- where I never get the litters done and they remain in limbo forever.
Speaking of those two fox and weasel pairs that got breeding slots and never were bred, I'm working on them. It is likely I will make them on the new lines instead of the old, even though both are edited and that would mean I'd have to redo the edits onto the new lines. This is just for all the new archive things and starting anew. If there are any protests to this, TigressMin, Kecko, Tyasi, or Kyuubi no Kitsune, PM me and I'll see if we can work something out. I can still do them on the old lines, but that'd be a little awkward. I actually already have a few kits done for the long tail fox litter on the old lines, but I'd rather redo them (I'm not liking the designs much anymore, anyways) than just use those.
