here's my two cents!
i think you should make it pixelated, and possibly, make it small! smaller lined umas fit better in signatures + seem to be much more common, and having them more signature-fitting would help them gain popularity just from being seen so often! unfortunately this slightly restricts creativity with the designs and lines, but its easy to work around it!

yes ok this was what i was thinking! right now they're 300x300 but obviously that feels kinda big so would something around 175x175 work maybe?

xianthas are 175x175, so if the size of xianthas seems good to you then id say go for the same with feeshies!

okok so i made these two feeshie images for if they go pixelated, which one looks better?


more dynamic, i guess? adds more drama to the boring standard pose


or i could stick with the original, ignore that i drew it too large

these won't be the final linearts by the way, they're just messy sketches


OR i had an idea for something either oscar or destrid could sell, which could be items that you can use to change a feeshie's lineart to something different, like a pose... changer. or something. pose changer? would that be a good idea?

k also for the oct 26 update i'm gonna add more fish features because like i was gonna give them like those whisker things you see on catfish when designing feeshies but i forgot and now they're just average dogs, also considering finned tails atm
