The Chinese, Korean, and Japanese translations of the Kanji all say 'forever' in every source, but do as you will ^^;.

Back on topic, though, as soon as donations open I think I'll have a design to donate. Any color preferences wanted by anyone?

Do you have a link to one of the sources? C: I like to be 100% positive with translations and I for some reason something keeps telling me it's not right even though I know my Chinese is too rusty to know that for sure. X3 Much thanks, btw.

X X X X X. There's a couple of them. Just searching the symbol or checking a translator brings it up for both languages. And I just found the original donation post, here, where the donator gives the meaning.

And I think that gives me an idea~ thank you very much.

永 (pinyin-- yong) itself means forever.
永遠 (pinyin-- yong yuan) means forever too, but it's literal meaning is "no matter how far away, it's still forever", 永 means forever, and 遠 means far ;3 Typically in dialogue, Chinese speakers use 永遠 to say forever instead of just 永.

It's written a tad...strangely on the donation you're asking about, but I'm 120% sure that 永 is the Chinese character on it's hip. C:

Name You'd Choose for It: Aranha Negra
Gender: Stallion
Reason You Want It: Really like his design. He would be a great mate for my other character [if I get her]. If not he would be my first character.
History/Background/Other: Aranha lived in a small herd in central America. He was second in comand for his herd. This was until he was captured by settlers from the coast to be broken and used by the cavilary. He escaped but was shot. Luckely he survived by was badly injured and had to go back to the men to be healed.
A year after he was captured he escaped and was succesful. He tried to go back to his herd be realised it was now under the charge of Epee, the rival stallion from the Meztec Herd. He met a beautiful mare and they had a foal. When the foal was 2 months old the settlers came back and took all of the horses from far and wide to their camp. Aranha once again was shot when he tried to escape. His mate, foal and the rest of the mares ran off, leaving Aranha behind. He tried once more to escape but failed.
Another year passed and he was now owned by the cheif of cavilary. The cavilary attacked the native americans and that is were Aranha found his beautiful mate again. His foal had grown into a gougeous young mare with a mate of her own. They all ran off together to go back to the Meztecs, even though he didn't like them one bit.
[The rest of his story is still to come, haven't thourght that far yet].
