The rules said that we could post two forms in one post if the characters are connected, and since I want to use these two as a pair of close friends/siblings, I hope this is ok! If not, I can separate this form into two separate posts.

➢۰ why do you want these characters?
These two caught my eye a little over a year ago, and I marked the thread back in 2020 with the intention of trying out for them. However, real life got in the way, and I wasn't able to complete a form. I checked the thread today, and much to my surprise, these two were still here! I'd love to give these two a permanent home because they both have very cool designs, and I feel like they deserve to be well-loved after waiting to be adopted for so long.

➢۰ where will you use them, and what will you use them for?
I plan to use these two primarily on CS, but I also would like to upload them to Toyhou.se so I can keep track of their art pieces. Like with most of my characters, I would mainly draw these characters in one-off pieces, but I would love to maybe try making a comic or story starring them!

Abbie was an only child up until she was six years old, but a sudden turn of events led Abbie's parents to adopt Akuji into their family. The kids were around the same age (Akuji being a day short of a year older than Abbie), and although Akuji was a bit distant at first when getting to know his new family, he quickly became inseparable from his new sibling. Where Abbie went, Akuji surely followed; whenever one got into trouble, the other would always be there to step in and help. However, at ten years old, Abbie was involved in a bad carriage accident. Although alive, she was not left without scars, the most noticeable being the one on her cheek and above her eye. Akuji, although uninvolved, feels guilty about her injuries, as he wasn't present when the accident happened and regrets not being there to help. Since then, he has been even more protective of his sister. Nowadays, the two are young adults, and Abbie finds her brother a bit annoying at times, as she isn't really the kind of person who needs protecting. Even though they may squabble at times, the two are always eager to chat with one another and never hold a grudge.

Akuji can be a bit of a worrier sometimes, but he's quite
friendly and always enjoys chatting with others. The
key to becoming Akuji's friend is to talk about things he
enjoys. However, those who know him know to avoid
mentioning his favorite subjects: once he gets started,
Akuji may never stop talking about the things that
interest him most.

Why do you want this character?: The shade of green their base is is one of my favorite colors, and I just love their markings and design.
Where will you use it, and what will you use it for?: As just a normal OC, might change their species into a lynx as that's my favorite animal but I'm not dead set on it! Will most likely be a partner or friend for my boy Lime.

Name: Dewdrop (Dew)
Gender: Nonbinary (they/them, she/her)
Personality: She's quiet for the most part, often just hanging out in the background. She doesn't have many friends due to being a little shy, but she's loyal to the core to the ones she does have. A bit cautious, likes to think possibilities through and not rush into things. Can be really sweet when you get to know her though! Very hardworking, though she can be known to dump everyone's problems on herself and overwork. Though she's shy when it comes to meeting new people she is not a pushover and is very adamant about her feelings and when she feels a line has been crossed.
History: Born on a farm where they worked to raise the animals and take care of their crops with their mother, eventually they moved away when they got old enough to care for themselves. They moved from the country to the city, hoping to just get out in the world instead of staying cooped up in the small world they'd been living in. Trying to get a job didn't work out for a long while, until they met Lime who offered them a job at the diner he owns. Having been used to helping cook, they fell into the role of being a chef there pretty quickly. They had never been super into cooking, however working there opened up a love for it, and they quite enjoy their job. Eventually over the years as they worked their way up and got closer to Lime, they became the co owner and now run the diner with Lime!
