Fairwell Chickensmoothie! It was a good run.
If there is anyone who I unfortunately left any loose ends open with when I originally disappeared from the site near the end of 2012, you're welcome to drop a PM if you'd like to try to resolve them. It has admittedly been far too many years for me to remember precisely what all may have been left unsettled.
In addition, if anyone sees this and would like to try to reestablish contact, you're more than welcome to drop me a message as well. I'll try to poke my head in over the next few months at the least in case any of the above happens, but cannot guarantee how often messages will be checked after that.
Best Regards,
HOWLING

We are reopening in a moment, I have to clear the previous submitted forms and make sure all characters that have been adopted are out of their kennels

~I would like to become a member of the staff~
Username:
Foxtrot55 or Fox as people call me!
Roll:
Judge would be amazing but will do pretty much anything!
Why:
I love reading other peoples forms and seeing the way they plan it out and stuff. I am also a passionate reader so while I wait for new books to arrive I read peoples stories and things like character forms. Its amazing the variety of writing styles and stories, I love to read them and think about what I would have changed/kept/edited, and how I would do it.
Qualifications:
Placed a winning form at SCAA - won my fursona Skyerunner!
Very knowledgeable when it comes to whats a good form and whats not - and how to fix it!
Been a mod at other adoptable centers off of CS on other sites - and own my own "User-Made Adoptables Center" which is very popular and organised.
Not sure if this matters but...
Top quality grammar and punctuation, not afraid to use "fancy words".
LOVE reading other people forms and seeing what I think is good and bad - and again, how to change it!
Have you worked at another character place?:
Well I'm currently hired at the Yin & Yang adoption Center, as a judge. I've just started but am REALLY looking forward to getting going!

Perhaps your form wasn't up to the standard expected for the code drop.
I noticed that although you had lovely history's and Personalities, the layout didn't seem to have much effort going into it, maybe you should look at the previous winners forms as they may give you some ideas

Good luck

Well, we work like other adoptable places do. This means you form was not up to our standards, even though you were the only one to go for it. Read the tips section for more about that.

I'd like to say first, that normally people don't question at other adoption centers as here. I believe I stated clearly what I would like to see in a form, and that personality and history are weighed equal to each other.
Abissh, you had a nice history, but unfortunately your personality brought you down. If that had been expanded a bit more, perhaps you would have won. I didn't judge your form, HD did. Don't go complaining to them.
I apologize. I don't particularly care if you see me mean, or rude, or unbearable, or anything of the matter. I want to see how well you know the character, and how well I can trust you to take care of them. Feel free to reuse a form, and request critique to help you out with guidance. Please, no one else question what was wrong with their application. I am sorry, and thank you.

Just because i don't feel right not personally answering their question
Abissh, I loved that you morphed Her breed into one of your own and in my own judging opinion you would have won her had you given a bit more detail into the personality itself. As Festus has already stated i too love to see people who really know the character well, your personality was no more than a quick blurb. I like to see much longer more complex personalities that show not only the basics of the character itself but the little quirks and habits that make them, them. Never feel like you cannot add to a form, I personally love when others add in little things like "basic info" and "likes/dislikes" to a form.
In addition, your breed and the description of it was really quite intriguing, blood spinners sound like a very sound and amazing race of creatures, and i'd love to read up about them if you ever write here on CS about them :B

I'm not trying to be mean, by the way.
Normally, with my characters, I develop them over time. I really don't see how you expect people to create or 'know' an extremely detailed personality of a character they just met. I like to add things to my character as I roleplay with them, and as I have not been able to roleplay with that particular character, I haven't been able to develop her. So I created a short history and a personality that looked as if it would go with her design. Sorry, just speaking my mind. I create vivid personalities for characters that are mine and I have used in the past. And I'm sorry again, but I just took a little offense to what you said. Sorry if I may sound whiney or like I'm complaining.
Edit: Sigh it's no use anyway. -_-;
On another note, I'm glad you like my bloodspinners. They're actually a species I created for a book I'm writing.
