Spirit Glow is a magical mist that surrounds the eyes of certain Boh-Tot individuals!
These Boh-Tot's tend to be more in tune with the magic of the island, and often are sought out by the natives for various purposes. Usually they are seers of some kind, but other times they have been known to be healers. Only the most benevolent of Boh-Tot have been known to have Spirit Glow, and associated abilities, and never once have they harmed another in their care.
A downside to this magic is that if they lose connection with the island's magic they will be blind for the remainder of their lives, if they choose not to rediscover their magic. Some elder Boh-Tot choose to forsake their ability as they grow close to their final days, while others who have broken the laws of the island have their powers reclaimed by the Vun-Toj spirits.
Kes seems to know a way for the magically inclined Boh-Tot to acquire this...
