RULES
1.) only 2 luulos can breed without the use of any items
2.) luulos can have up to 4 babies without the use of any items
3.) post all breedings under a cover
4.) you must own a luulo for 5 days before breeding them
5.) you may breed once a week
6.) everything but accessories can pass on in breedings
7.) any gender luulos can breed
8.) you must ask an artist to do your breeding (unless you yourself are an artist). do not whine if they aren't able to do your breeding
9.) do not rush artists, if they take longer than 2 weeks feel free to ask them for an update
