"Welcome back to the Maple Guild! Where we roll for our fate. This is episode fifteen: Dice Try!" Ashfang howls the intro to the podcast eyes sparkling with excitment.

Around the table his companions chuckle in amusement as Ashfang settled into his seat behind the DM's blind. Along the table he was joined by Sprout and Ivy, the very two he had started this RPG adventure with. Together they had taken the table top game of Dungeons & Dragons into their own little world and became, The Maple Guild.

Now when asked if said podcast is any good Ashfang would've the first to tell you, "It's no critical role Level of podcast, but it's ours. A group of friends looking to have fun gathered around a table. Immersed in a fantasy world that for those weekly nights becomes real to us."

Roll Your Fate is not a popular podcast yet as it has a small following, but it a successful and good one in the eyes of its fans and makers. It brings a creative edge to their friendship and showcases the bonds this game can create while playing with their own house rules. "It's not meant to showcase the game being played by the books, it's something we started for fun and we wanted to share our experiences for those that may be interested," Ashfang explains when confronted by fans through questions.

"As Vinsel and Fern near the town the thick fog that's been a forced acquaintance begins to thin. Two weary guards sit perched a top a cracked stone tower. They seem afraid of the fog yards out, as if something awaits there. Ready to strike," Ashfang begins looking to Sprout and Ivy awaiting responses.

"Vinsel approaches ahead of Fern looking to the guards with suspicion, *We're here to bed for the night! May we have entry?*," Sprout calls out as they get to the gate.

Ashfang bellows out for one of the guards, "*There is no entry passed this gate or exit!* The guard that yells draws his bow back with a knocked arrow. Roll initiative!"

At once the table comes alive with the drum of dice on the table as the two players call their rolls.

"Sixteen," Sprout states looking up.

"One," Ivy curses loudly.
