    Barn Name: Ahenobarbus
Halter Leather and Metal: #624a2e + Gold
    Specialty: Confirmation
    Story:
Snorting, pawing, agitated pacing.. the lithe, if a bit thin, frame of an upset, saddled steed moved through a path of leaves and dying grass, winter headed to freeze the autumn dead-fall. Eyes wide, nose flared and lip twitching in sync with his rumbling belly, the grey Nord stopped abruptly in his trail and watched the treeline. His ears flicked to and fro, catching anything that moved, and possibly some that didn't, before he turned and took four steps back down his path.

A low groan caused him to rumble worriedly, head falling to the cold ground, packed and hard beneath his feet, and nosing along the man moving up onto his elbows. "Well that was a ride, eh Barbus?" The man asked, groaning again as he rose to sit up, cradling his head. " Good thing I took the helmet." He joked, though the greying stallion didn't take it as such it seemed. Snorting and lifting his head again, head darting around in his agitation, the man gripped the fallen split-reins and heaved himself up, uncaring of pulling against the horse's mouth.

And it seemed Ahenobarbus didn't mind much either, his mood quickly softening as the man patted him shakily on the shoulder. They leaned against one another, walking a few steps testily before the man sighed out a laugh. "Barbus, get us home, will ya?" He asked, smiling despite the bruise on his jawline and the limp to his gait. "Next time I take you out, we'll just stick to the arena."
