Crystal Drakes are a unique draconic species that have a gemstone at the tip of their tails. These gems represent their magic, as well as their life-blood. If something happens to their gem, it could disable or even kill the dragon. Whether you choose to play as an ARPG, or just collect Dragons for fun, Crystal Drakes are extremely loyal.

Crystal Hatchlings sure are cute! And as it would turn out, they're free to breed! All you have to do is make sure that an artist is open for breeding!
Dragons can be bred once a month, and can produce up to four Hatchlings.
If you are in Roleplay Mode, your Population Limit will be checked, and if you have room for only two hatchlings, the rolls for three or four hatchlings will be removed.
Hatchlings will typically look like their parents, and will have a combination of their traits. Rarely a new trait will be revealed in a cub, but only from the common or uncommon tiers. Hatchlings Gems will typically match that of their mother, but it is not unheard of for a Hatchling to inherit their father's gem type.
In order to age your Hatchling up (move it to adult lines) You'll need to wait at least two months. After that you can post on the hatchling's page saying you'd like it to be aged. After that, once the artist has time, your hatchling(s) will be aged up.

Only biologically male and biologically female Crystal Drakes are able to have Hatchlings together under normal circumstances. If you wish for two biomales or two bio females to have Hatchlings, you can purchase a ticket called 'Love of the Gods' for 2C$.
There are also surrogates down below if you have a single Dragon, or if you have a same-sex couple, that are available. If you wish to use a Dual-Surrogate Ticket, ensure that you have one and say so underneath the Breeding Ticket.
If you are breeding within your own Wingery you only need to post a filled out breeding ticket below. If you and another user are collaborating to breed (one dragon from each of your packs) then you must both post a breeding ticket confirming the breeding. It is up to you to decide, in that scenario, who gets how many hatchlings.

There are six surrogates for you to choose from, three male and three female. Every so often, these Surrogates will swap out, so keep your eyes open for when this happens! When a Surrogate 'retires', they will be made into an adoptable!
