Reason Behind Name (Optional): His mother once saw the aftermath of a hunting party and the water stained red. She could hear the sounds of ospreys calling and that image was burned into her memory and now any time she sees red she thinks of that. It didn't help with his coloring and it was the only word she uttered on the day of his birth.

Reason Behind Name (Optional): Tilikum was an orca whale in captivity at SeaWorld, Orlando. He was the subject of several controversial topics and documentaries including the famed "Blackfish" documentary. This Kaxipinae looks dark, as if he's angry or harboring great sadness, feelings which I'm sure Tilikum experienced in his captive life.
