How did the date go wrong?
The wind blows my hair gently as I attempt to tie it back. It feels really unreal, sitting here watching for Callum's car to pull into the driveway.

See, I've had the biggest crush on Callum since high school. He was the dreamy, smart, athletic boy every girl swooned over, and I was the awkward cheerleader always pining over him from the bench. So, 4 years after we'd both graduated, I was shocked to get a Facebook message from him. It was just a simple question, "Hey, long time no see! How have you been?" but it sent a little flutter through my chest. Needless to say, we really hit it off, and, well... He asked me on a date!

So now you're all caught up, let's continue with the story.

His tiny, but elegant car pulls into the driveway, and he waves from inside. I trot up to the car, trying to appear chill when really there are butterflies doing backflips in my stomach. I open the car door and drop into the seat, turning to smile brightly at him.
