What made them smile?: Marble doesn't smile often, but when she does, you almost always know it's because she had pulled off a new prank. This time, however, it was not because of a prank, but because it was the first time she had a parent. She was an orphan. An unwanted one because of her strange fur pattern. Any time that the orphanage tried to give her a foster home, she had pranked and drove the poor pillow tail into insanity. This time, however, Marble had pulled off prank after prank, but the foster parent had not cared, and they actually laughed. The foster parent had taken her out to the park to eat ice cream, went to the amusement park, and even had bought her a necklace she made herself. When they had signed the adoption papers, she was happier than she has ever been. She had smiled and laughed that day, brighter than she had before.
