why do YOU like space?: I love space because of the endless possibilities that it gives mankind. Once we have the technology we could expand our horizons beyond that of Earth. Who knows... maybe we'll find creatures on distant planets and that's what excites me the most. Who wouldn't want a tamed space creature?!

why do YOU like space?: Okay here we go:

When I was a kid, I honestly didn't like to play on the playground. I rather just find a cozy spot to read books from our school library; away from the noise. Instead of simple story books, I read any books about space, from planets to even theories.

From a kid, it spawned into a passion. My major goal in life is to go up in space. Its a long road from there, so I started with getting an engineering degree. Now, I'm working up to get in astronomy classes at my local university, then all the necessary education that I need to apply for NASA. I'm hoping with all that education plus entering the air force so I can train my body like my mind; will hopefully help me lead down that path.

It may sound like a lot to do, but to me; it's all worth it!

why do YOU like space?: (50 words max) Space, and the insistent need to know what's out there, is something I got from my dad and grandfather: we want to know what really exists, that we will never see. We want to know if other species exist like us. We want to understand who and what they are.
