two colts are playing in the meadow while you continue on your
way with your filly. more so, one colt is trying to play with the o
ther one, most likely brothers by the looks of it. the darker on is
jumping trying to get the attention of the other but is undoubtly
failing. he sees you and trots his way over. having little interactio
n with the filly, he is more interested in you. rubbing against your
legs, you reach out to scratch and he obviously enjoys it, yet he
stops and stares right into your eyes. a loud neigh comes from the
woods and it must be their mother. both colts head off quickly, b
ut the dark one stops and looks at you once again. dont you ever
wonder what animals are thinking?

Before I leave completely, I turn back to look at the human once more. I can feel that they too wish to see me again. I try to make a promise to them with my eyes that I will come back. They barely visually nod towards me, and I turn and run off, making my way back to mother.
