Favorite Marsupial and why: Kallie loves pygmy possums, and nobody can fault her for that. Their huge eyes and tiny bodies capture this longneck's heart, and she can't express just how much she wants to hold one. The very best thing about them may be their tiny hands, and how they tend to grip onto anything that they can, as well as their long tails that sometimes curl up at their sides. Overall, Kallie loves the cutest marsupial just because they're so adorable.

Favorite Marsupial and why: Carrot’s favorite marsupial is the wallaby. In fact, she has a favorite Wallaby! Carrot is not part of a pack like other Longnecks. She lives with a little old woman named Belinda. Belinda had brought Carrot to Australia with her when she moved, and now they lived happily together in a little cottage surrounded by, very simply put, nothing! One day, Belinda came home with a strange plastic bowl. It was the largest bowl Carrot had ever seen. She sat perched on the back porch, watching in confusion as her person filled the disc with water.

Days went by and Carrot wanted nothing, and I mean nothing, to do with that strange new “pool” as Belinda called it. Until one morning, she woke up and waddled over to the back window to see if the “pool” had left. Her eyes widened as she saw another creature hopping around in her pool! With a little growl and an unhappy meep, Carrot waddled through the back door to confront the creature. It’s important to note that this took her a bit of time as Carrot isn’t quite as lean as most wild Longnecks. When she was right next to the blue pool, the small creature looked her straight in the eye. He looked like a small kangaroo. Next, with out changing his blank expression, he kicked up some water at her. Carrot hopped into the pool, she wasn’t going to stand for being attached with water, let alone, her water!

Ever since though, they’ve been best friends! Grapefruit, as Belinda calls the little marsupial, even gets to come inside and cuddle with them on the couch.
