Backstory:
optional Faline was a weak foal at birth, leading her to have many struggles ahead of her on her journey to adult hood. Many rejected and ignored her, even her own mother. It was thanks to an old farmer taking her in that she even survived. The kind old man bottle fed her, sheltered her, and loved her. The little filly did not forget the rejection and callousness shown to her by those of her kind, and the other humans.

As she grew, she got stronger, helping the old man around his farm, insisting on helping him when moving anything heavy, building her strength. Chasing away invaders that were after his live stock or crops gave her speed. She went from a frail filly who could barely hold her own body up, to a strong and proud mare who would protect her human with such fierceness it gave her a reputation as being an aggressive and untameable mare, but she didn't care when other ignored her now, as long as she had her human. Those days didn't last long though.

The old farmer grew too old and frail to keep up his farm, and there was only so much a mare could do on her own. He grew sick and could not afford medicine, but she stayed at his side until the day he perished. She was all he had at the end, just as he was all she had in the beginning.

farrah was born in what seemed like a massive field full of flowers. when she learned to walk soon after her birth, the flowers were a bit past her knees, and she happily pranced through them, even though she fell a few times. this field felt like paradise for the little filly, and her mother was happy for her filly to be born there. after a few hours of nursing, frolicking through the field, and curiously sniffing unknown objects, a human that ran the farm cane and brought them into one of the tree stalls they had. one of the other stalls was occupied with another filly and their dam that farrah soon became close too. though the two mothers were aggressive towards one another at first in a protective manner, the two fillies still would prance around together and discover new things. when farrah was a yearling, she had already seen her best friend be sold, and it was her turn. farrah was taken to an auction and auctioned off. at farrah’s new home, there were many more horses han the three at her old home, and she was fascinated by all of the unique coats of the other horses. at this barn, she was branded. the brand design was a flower in its pot. all the other horses had. is marking, so she wasn’t too worried about it. at this barn, farrah was taught to be a lesson horse, and she had many young kids ride her to learn how to ride horses. farrah was gentle and careful with the small humans, but the barn found a new lesson horse who was smaller than her. they no longer had a use for farrah, and she was sold once again. this time, she was sold to her new home. farrah was registered and given a show name at this barn, and she lives happily here.

Backstory: Lyra was a strong filly. Always running around and messing with others. She had a best friend, his name was Anubis, but he got sold a while back to a better home who could take care of him.
She had a close relationship with her mom, that was until the day she would never forget. Her mother grew sick, very sick. Nothing could help her, her time has come.
Lyra sat with her through the whole thing, witnessing her death. Feeling her mom's body go numb, no happy upbeat heart to be found.
She grew depressed, she was still young and needed a nurse mare. They never got close, but Lyra still accepted her and the nurse mare accepted her.
Years passed and she got over her mom's death eventually, of course, she will always remember that night. She got auctioned off to a new home, one where her childhood best friend was. Anubis welcomed her with a warm and gentle smile.
They talked about everything that has happened in their life, he comforted her when she started crying when talking about her mom.
They did everything together. They were inseparable, they were stuck like glue.
But no story has a happy ending...
Lyra got sick, just like her mother. But she got lucky, she didn't die.
But she did go blind in her right eye which made it difficult for shows.
But instead of ditching her, her handlers made her a lesson horse. She helped little kids learn how to ride horses.
She was sweet and gentle with them. Never hurt them and never bucked. Though she does get spooked when someone comes at her from her right side saying she can't see that way. But her hearing became much better and she started listening to people's footsteps so she wouldn't get so spooked.
She's healthy as ever now, and Anubis even followed her, making sure she was okay. Of course, she does a show once in a while whenever she can. She doesn't let anything get in her way, she's strong and confident and doesn't want to give up. And she never will.

She was a fighter,
Nobody knew it yet, and neither did she.
But they will, and then they'll regret talking down to her.

Extras: Lyra has a little stable buddy named Cooper. He's a little Pit Bull.
Very sweet and loving. He loves to play and cuddle with Lyra and also protects her from the danger of walls and other things she can run into and hurt herself.
Cooper is always right behind her, running with her while she's doing lessons or even supporting her in a show.
He will never leave her side unless he absolutely needs to and he knows when he needs to let her go.
Never mess with him or Lyra, unless you want to be attacked with lots and lots of kisses
