when a chokii pup becomes old enough, 15 days after they are born, they may be grown into an adult. any user can grow a chokii, but it must be approved by a staff member before being declared official. growing chokii can be difficult, and replicating designs 100% can be even more taxing, so as long as the growth is immediately identifiable to their pup version, you should have little trouble being approved. listed below are guidelines for growing your chokii:
chokii adopts may not be pre-grown. growths may only be made on or after the 15th day--there are no exceptions to this.
growths must be kept covered until they are approved by a staff member. when creating a cover, it must have the opacity lowered until the artwork is faintly visible underneath, or must have a portion of the cover erased so that the head and face of the growth are visible.
staff growths must be approved by the owner.
when creating a growth, users must list all traits and edits of the adopt. additionally, the user must also provide a link to the pup version of the adopt, and provide proof of approval from a staff member. all of these should be clearly marked and immediately visible on the first post.
the major lines of a chokii adopt's body must remain unedited. nose shape, muzzles, hands and feet must not be altered in any way, with the exception of munchkinism.
users may request to redo a growth of a chokii pup should they feel the growth does not accurately depict the kit design. this request must be made to the species owner, and will be voted upon by staff.
