Question: That is the maximum height, correct? Because I'd love for him to be a super tall mean boy

16 is max but I will accept 17 as there is I think only 1 or 2 over 16. But past 17 eh....
Also please make it 9. I prefer 10 being rather very rare. I do not plan releasing any yet and it'll only be by my choice.
Even 8-9 is very rare as is. Pretty sure there is only 1 9, and believe I've not even released an 8 yet.
