I’d just like to comment on the fact that he looks sad. I decided to make his character sort a mopey little kiddo, but I specified that his meep is a happy meep so you know that he is happy about the bubbles XD

I'm glad the date was extended! I had wanted to try for him since he came out, but it's hard to find time to draw these things sometimes. I love the design though, it looks very whimsical to me. That's why I chose the name of a Celtic god for him. c: Anyway, thank you for the opportunity!

You win! Hope you love your new melancholic buddy! I hadn’t thought of that- it makes sense though when you look at him. I loved your picture- I remember blowing bubbles with my cousins a lot when I was younger
