CWHR: Spring Event 2018
All of a Flutter!
Spring has finally arrived in the Northern Hemisphere! The days are getting longer, the flora is beginning to bloom and the feeling of new beginnings is all around! What better reason to celebrate than this!
Many people have their own ways of telling when spring has returned. Maybe a scent in the air? The blooming of a certain flower? Or perhaps the countdown to the Easter holidays? Whilst I do use multiple indicators to mark the start of spring, my favourite one is watching all my favourite garden birds visit my garden. Whether gathering nesting material or merely stocking up on reserves for when the little pitter-patter of birdy-feet arrives, nothing screams spring more than seeing our feathered friends paying a visit!
So, rather like my Special Customs Event, I'm attempting to create equine designs based on my favourite garden birds. From starlings to collared doves, robins to wrens, I will attempt to bring some of these colourful little characters to life!
Each horse will come with:
1) The Spring Event 2018 coat clipping (version without clipping will be posted too)
2) The Spring Event 2018 tack (jeweled halter and hand-painted feathers based on the bird they were inspired by)
3) A unique mane and tail combo, with possible feathering depending on the breed
4) A unique name tag featuring a miniature drawing of the bird
And though they are few, I do have a few rules I'd like everyone to adhere to:
Rules:
1) You can try out for and adopt as many as you like, but I will make things as fair as possible
2) Remember to read the individual parameters on each horse's adoption page!
3) Be nice to everyone, though I know you will be anyway!
