Cosma was born from a galaxy, and the personification of the dog star, Sirius. That may sound confusing, but the dog persona and the galaxy were able to gain human like forms, and spent a night together. As the father was a canine, the creature created was a Hound, with galactic looks, and possible supernatural abilities.
