The most defining trait people tend to use when describing Luken is "thrill-seeker" or adrenaline junkie. He's a very odd individual but very passionate and can talk for hours about conspiracy theories and storm cells. He and a team of close friends of his drive across the country to chase storms and photograph them. Close calls excite him and if there's a higher risk, you better believe he'll take it for the perfect money shot.

As for his favorite weather or storm to chase, it's tornados. He loves watching the destruction, feeling the power of the storm overcome everything in its path. It makes him feel alive.

"My favorite sort of weather? That is a weid question to ask. Hmm, let me think... I don't really oppose rain, I guess. I mean, of course, it's nice when it's warm and sunny outside and I really have nothing against that! But when it rains, especially when I'm trying to relax, I just love listening to the sound of the water drops falling on the ground. And the smell! The smell of rain is the most beautiful thing. So calming, so natural, so... pure. Without rain there wouldn't be much life on our world either. Maybe in and close to the oceans, but right here, where I'm standing there wouldn't be a single patch of grass, no trees, no flowers, no birds that wake me up with their morning songs anymore. An earth without rain would be so lonely. I know most people dislike rain, but sometimes you have to look closer at what nature is doing. Everything has it's purpose somehow, even if it is something you normally wouldn't appreciate. Rain may be annoying sometimes, but it is also the elixir of the life we know, and we should appreciate that.

Percy likes when it rains at night time, long after everyone is asleep. However, only very rarely does his favourite
weather actually occur. It takes careful precision, planning and patience for him to witness it; a moonbow. he always
cross-references the weather forecast and the lunar chart to find out when it’s going to rain at night, when the
moon will be full and where there isn’t too much light pollution. Even then, it may not happen as forecasts are
often inaccurate. Percy enjoys this aspect of it, the fact that it cannot occur unless everything goes right.
However, most of the time luck doesn’t play in his favour, but it gives him the time to stargaze and enjoy the
sights and sounds when the world is asleep. When it does occur, he feels an amazing sense of serenity and bliss.
The way the grey clouds part to reveal a bright arch of faded colour. It’s not that he doesn’t like daytime
rainbows, there’s just something so much more elegant about a lunar rainbow, and so much more rewarding
when his patience pays off. Of course, he could always see one over running water, but where's the fun in that?

Though freezing rain can cause many complications for people, such as terrible road conditions and power outages, Kairo believes that this form of weather can also be beautiful and calming. He enjoys studying accumulation patterns of freezing rain and other storm though the thing that fascinates him the most is when the raindrops make contact with the ground, power lines, tree branches, aircraft, or anything else a portion of the drops instantly freezes, which forms a thin film of ice. The thin layers of ice are so thin and mystical it makes one think as if they’re trapped in a winter wonderland.

Their favorite sort of weather and why? ;; pluie has always found comfort is the patter of rain drops hitting his windows during a thunder storm. the way the light dances across his floor as lightning streaks across the sky, in a ballet only visible by the gods. the grace of the natural phenomenon is not the only reason he adores the storm, he has fond memories attached to its swirling winds. pluie's favorite are the indoor adventures he had with his mother. when he was small during storms, he and his mother would build tents and rafts, exploring the hallways and staircases like that were another world. after his mother passed at a young age due to failing heath, pluie hung on to these memories like golden treasure. as he grew, this treasure was buried, until the next stormy adventure.
