What's his greatest pride?: His greatest pride is, you guess it, his bird friend he made when he was just a colt! This little swallow loves to sit on Sammy's head and annoy him sometimes, but also encourages Sammy when he's in events to do his very best with a variety of chirps and songs.

One day, when returning home from a competition, his little bird was injured, and stayed up with him all night to make sure his swallow friend would be okay. The next morning, his bird was taken to something the humans called a "vet" and returned a week later.

The bird flew better than ever, and Sammy couldn't have been happier and more proud of his little sparrow that he made it through it all.
