this Fae has a regular horses tail meaning it will not be able to breed. this is a very rare gene.
EDIT: I have added horse tail deformity onto the rarity chart. It is ultra rare and I hope to keep it that way!!

i think a pinned up bun sort of for the main would look pretty good
and for the tail, it looks perfectly fine, maybe a little more floof?? thats just me, cas i like floof XD

you should even try a medium length tail with a thickness to it that has sort of a braid in it.

Maybe try making the tail shorter to imitate it being cropped like an actual Clydesdale's tail?

If you decided to changed the base black or really dark seal bay would look good, though the bay is also lovely. ^^
I love the concept of the tied up tail, perhaps messier or fuller in volume. A matching mane with a bit of a forelock and a manbun-esque/messy bun look to compliment the tail.
Some kind of visible red ribbon or tie in the buns would look nice with the design as well. c:

I think that he's perfect as is, but I'm noticing that the hind right leg's feathering is a little dark compared to the leg. I do like the idea of having other colors on him, a black, more like a classic shire color would be beautiful, but I don't see any reason to change it other than personal coat preference.
