Name: Dawn
PersonalityDawn is a very interesting and rather confusing heifer. Several of her person-
ality traits seem to conflict with each other (such as her being amusing but
also being serious) but really they all combine in just the right way to make
this girl unique and interesting.
WittyAs stated a moment ago, she is rather amusing and enjoys a good joke. She
values friends who can make her laugh and who have a nice sense of humor.
She rarely makes a joke that does not inspire giggles among her herd-mates.
Unfortunately, sometimes she does use this wit to injure someone who has
stepped onto her bad side. Her sharp tongue that makes her friends laugh can
also be used as a painful dagger to cut someone to the quick. For this reason,
very few cows are willing to go head-to-head with her.
SeriousWhen the moment calls for it, Dawn will be the most serious cow in the herd.
She knows when to cut out the joking and focus. She is a master of deadpan
though, so you do not usually know when she is messing with you or whether
or not she is being serious. There are times when even she is not willing to
crack a joke, and those are the times when you can see the serious, almost
gentle side of her personality.
GentleSometimes, although rarely I will admit, Dawn displays a profound gentleness
with others. In times of great sadness she will comfort those involved and give
them a shoulder to lean on. She has a great strength of spirit that others cling
to when they are in despair. She is especially gentle with calves and can often
be seen with a group of them off in the valley.
Strong WilledNothing can sway her once she has been set on a particular course. She is not
one to take a long time deciding a course, either, so sometimes cows call her--
*whispers* impulsive and stubborn. But you did not hear that from me,
got it?
This strength is apparent to all cows that spend any time with her, and while
they usually whisper behind her back about it (And not in a flattering way, I
will tell you) they depend on it when they need her. The desperate sadness of
a cow who has lost her calf, the overwhelming grief of losing a best friend or
a partner... These are the times when the other cows stop whispering about
Dawn's personality and instead lean so heavily on her emotionally that they
would not be able to remain standing if she were to remove her support.
Such is the way of the world.

Quirks/HabitsDawn has a very... "interesting" way of doing many things, but the most quirky
thing about her would have to be the way she eats. While most cows just
chomp away at a lush green patch of grass, Dawn will only eat pieces that are
at least as high as her foreshank. This does not lead to an easy meal for her,
so she can often be seen wandering farther afield than her friends, searching
for just the right pieces of grass. The other cows cannot understand why she
would prefer the longer pieces of grass, since the shorter ones are young,
tender, and sweet. Dawn cannot say herself why she does this, but it is what
it is. Que sera, sera.
