Larsen has always been a fan of more country-sounding music, but never really got his head around modern country tunes. He's always wanted to be in a choir, but has always been rejected by his local choirs because of how 'clumsy' his wording was. Even beginner choirs advised him to look for placement elsewhere. The song not only brings positive vibes to him because of the tempo and instrumental choices, but because the lyrics are about how anyone can sing with others, and they all have different ways of showing their musical talents.

Focusing more on the song, he loves hearing the harmonies of the singers in this version of the tune. The fiddle is a very welcome addition that adds a country tone, and the clapping has always been a little cherry on the metaphorical cake of song.
