This fella took me quite a while to make up my mind on but I'm really happy with the end results <3
Meet Captain M. Weaver. Goes by Captain Weaver, and occasionally just by Captain or Weaver.
His necklace is a unique talisman that has the ability to move forward and backwards in time which he uses to his advantage on his (steampunk inspired) airship.

I do intend to make him a proper captain's jacket at some point lol

I certainly wouldn't mind having some friends / allies for him. He's quite the rascal tho as he takes unsuspecting passengers on a trip they didn't exactly ask for. Taking them forwards or backwards in time just to leave again for his own amusement. He's quite the character lol
