Welcome to Simas' fourth annual anniversary!

Simas (previously known as Simaras) is a closed species held dear to the hearts of many users in the community, and many bonds have formed and been shared for as long as they have been standing. We've been through our ups and downs, and now, here we are with a new owner and new staff and community members. Thank you all for the great times that we've had and will continue to have, for a majority of you who stuck with us through thick and thin, and I hope that we can continue to thrive!

Users new and old can participate in this, there's no bias or shame!

how the species came to be;;
I was bored in school, again, and I just like to doodle. Most things in my notebook are things like this and I just drew this from my head. It looked good so I wanted to draw it on here.

i'm the current owner of Simas! i started out as a nursery artist back in May 2016
i also have an unhealthy love for the species and have been working behind the scenes with
Sparkyy, an old co-owner, and Glispa ever since i joined the team to help Simas continue to thrive!
eventually, i was promoted to an artist position by Qualeo and climbed to co-owner when Silver took
over and now, here i am!


Glispa
Hello! I'm one of the current co-owners of the species. I started out as a simple guest artist back
in the summer of 2013 after having decided to give the artist community of cs a go to get myself to draw more.
After the end of my trial as a guest artist I was promoted to a full time artist, which is what I stayed as until
the end of 2015 when I was promoted to a co-owner along side Qualeo. I have stayed with the species since
my first day here, though up and downs and even though there has been some times rougher than others my
love for the species and the community it has bought together has never lessened. Which is why I am still
standing here to this day.

Hey everyone! I'm ravemn, but you can call me Ren! I'm a co-owner for simas,
though I never got this promotion until recently! I've been following simas since, 2014!
I never got my first sima until late 2015 as a gift from, Gecko! Later in that year I tried
out to be an artist and I got the job! Last month I got promoted to be a co-owner to help
plan new and cool things for the future of simas!


PaleCyberneticHyena
Pale, also known as SilverHeartAlchemist, used to be a co-owner back when Arvakell
still owned the species. As Knight/Arva stepped down and sold the species to Qualeo, Pale soon
quit and bumped down to an artist up until Qualeo sold the species to Pale recently! After some
couple of months, sold the species to ambient smile and is now residing as a ghostly co-owner
who still wishes to help improve the species and help out the other owners.

hiya! i'm sisyphean but many may know me as brightheaven. i first joined the sima community back in 2014,
when one of my friends gave me my very first sima, kyoko. shortly after i applied and became a growth artist for sima adopts,
but am no longer one since we don't need them anymore xD. in around the beginning of 2015, i applied to become the new
archivist and that has been my position ever since, and i enjoy it a lot x3. i handed off the event simas to pumpkin,
as they were wonderful and offered to help. i occasionally help with sima events, but my primary role in staff remains
as archiving the main adopts. i now own around twenty-five simas, and i love them all <33

Hello -waves- my name is gecko. but you can call me; Geck, Gecko, Angel, Abgell, Angelele, Angle,
or Alice (or whatever the heck you want as long as its not mean c; ). I started out being staff for Simas when I
was hired to be a growth artist. As time went on, I helped out with a few events and eventually was able to become
an official artist! For quite some time I designed lots of Simas for people to adopt and enjoy, doing lots of fun joinme
games to get more people hyped about the species in general. A few months ago I was finally accepted to be a
nursery artist, something I have been reaching towards for some time now. I am so happy to do whatever I can for
the species, and be able to create more for people to enjoy! I LOVE inviting new people into the community.
Unfortunately, I am not too active on CS due to the Oekaki issues involving pen pressure, and I spend most of my
time on dA doing Sima adoptions and posting my breedings there. Simas have been through quite a bit while I
have been staff, and I am glad to still be included in them. <3

Hia! I'm Miss. Scei! However you can call me scei! I joined this species during the 2k15 Halloween event,
my first sima was actually my masquerade myo! My boy ringo has stayed with me since then! I just recently was
made an artist in the sima species, however I've been working behind the scenes at least since early august of 2016-
I helped set up the new edits chart! Anyways! I'm always open to pms about questions, concerns, problems, or just
transfer approvals! Happy sima hunting ;3

Hello hello! I'm Placebo, one of the newest additions to the team as a baby maker ;u;
You're welcome to call me Apricus as well, since I go by both (or Place/Apri/whatever floats your boat).
I've actually known about Simas for almost two years now, since my first kid, Montague, was adopted
back in August of 2015, but I haven't been well versed in the community yet! I own four simas as of now,
all named with 'M' names. I really do hope to change that though, and stay with the Sima team and
community as long as I'm able <3 Hope all of you enjoy the anniversary event as well!
