Unfortunately, this is the second time dA has banned me from their points system, and last time it took over a month for me to even get a reply. This happens because I shop so frequently that's it's seen as suspicious, and therefore I get banned. I have an alternate account I can buy points on, but it's going to take me a while to get enough for your MYO. I'll see what I can do though, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have enough.
