We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. All of our animals are special and deserve a chance to be happy with an owner that will care for them. The question is: are you ready to love them?

Name: Paz-''Peace in Spanish''
Gender: Female
Collar Colour: A pastel pink and

Personality: Paz is an optimistic fellow. She always seems to seek the bright side of everything, even when it seems like there's no bright side at all. She tries to help others do the same, and hopes everyone in the world can be at least a bit optimistic like how she is. And like Paz says, "The most optimistic ones are the most happiest ones".
---
Paz always tries to be helpful. She doesn't let anything get in her way to helping others. Paz loves the feeling when she successfully helped someone. It makes her feel all warm and happy inside. But Paz absolutely hates it when she can't actually help though. It makes her feel all useless, but just for a moment. Because as someone who is optimistic, she can't get the bad things get her for a long period of time. Maybe just a few minutes, and that's the max.
---
Paz is understanding. She knows when someone just needs some space for a while, despite her sometimes not exactly giving them space and trying to talk to them. But Paz understand when you really, really, really need some space or alone time. She feels guilty if that's their top need and she doesn't give them their wishes.
---
Paz forgets thing fairly easily. Her memory is bad, and she often forgets many instructions when they are given. And goodness. She's especially forgetful when she's told many things. She can remember basic stuff like how to breath, eat, drink etc, but not things like "What do you do after everyone goes to the right?". Basically, Paz is just extremely forgetful and might need one (Or several) reminders.
---
The big thing about Paz! She's a peacemaker! Paz simply can't help it when there's an argument, especially when it's about something absolutely ridiculous, like "Who ate the last bite?". Paz will try her best to split up a fight of any sort, and she tries her best not to get in fights herself. Her name based on this personality trait, and Paz thinks that's one of the best things about her.☮ ☮ ☮
Fighting is probably one of the most worst things.
That's why I am living.
To stop the fighting.
There's barely anything good to argue about.
All those conflicts that happen end sooner or later, so why even start them?
It just makes life easier if you have no disagreements and have to make a huge chaotic fight about it.
I never really knew anyone else who liked to stop the fighting.
Maybe that one dog named Elora or something, but I haven't talked to her much.
Life as a peacemaker is incredibly hard.
Some say all you have to do is just walk up to a arguing pair and tell them to stop.
Wrong.
The reason there sadly isn't many peacemakers around it because of how hard it is.
You ask them to stop but they start furiously yelling at you to go away.
Then you're basically part of the fight.
Not good.
So you try asking them to calm down, right?
Well, its harder than that.
99.9% of the time they don't listen and continue.
That's where the convincing comes in.
You gotta persuade them that fighting isn't good.
But again, it's harder than just that.
Because then they start looking at you without a clue for a split second before going back to their fight.
Annoying.
So then what you do is bring it on.
You ask to listen to both sides of their conflict.
Sometimes they prefer not to tell.
Fine with me.
I listened to all their shouting and screaming already.
I ask them who started the fight.
They blame it on each other.
Helpful.
I nod and ask them to continue on for a moment.
Then tell them to stop.
And freeze.
Because the music comes in.
Relaxing music.
The music that makes them calm down a bit.
And I don't care what happens next, because I forgot to get my music player when I left.
And I start looking for it.
Then I look and see it there.
Oh good gosh.
