Perkins and Belinda do not get along at all. They have a very heated rivalry and tempers are constantly flaring when Perkins crosses Belindas path (or vice versa). It started out as a healthy rivalry with just a few fun competitions, small races across the meadows, a few stream jumps, but it took a dark turn quickly. Things began to turn into heated arguments which resulted in other Westrossa Mustangs being forced to take sides. Pranks that used to be laughable and fun turned into pranks that were rude and often crossing the line. Perkins thinks Belinda is stubborn and spoiled. While, Belinda thinks that Perkins is arrogant and hot-headed. There have been countless mediated meetings between the two to try and mend the problems between them, but needless to say they have been unsuccessful.

Deepest Secret:
Perkins deepest darkest secret is one of young love and romance. Deep, deep down even though they have a heated rivalry and often express a deep hatred for each other Perkins is in love with Belinda. He tries to be on his best behavior around her, but something about her just releases his hot-headed temper. They clash in everything, but Perkins would not have it any other way. If she was gone from his life, he would miss her deeply. One day, he will tell her how he feels and hopefully she will feel the same way in return.
