Background: "This Sveldala was thrown into the auction for having never outgrown his biting habit. The owners were inexperienced with equines, and when they got him as a yearling they noticed he had a biting problem but never attempted to train it out of him, hoping he would just 'outgrow' it. They tried gelding him to calm him down, but it didn't work. The age came for them to properly train him in disciplines but couldn't get him to stop ruining the lead ropes, saddles, saddle blankets, boots, buckets, hands, you name it. They gave up on him when he bit their daughter while she was attempting to put a halter on him. He needs some hard work and discipline, but with time, effort, and love he can be a beautiful companion! He does need some grooming; his last owners were afraid to get too close to him in case he would bite, so he is quite overdue for some attention as well as a vet visit.
