Username:Diamond Sapphire
Name:Storm
Gender:Male
Collar Color:XRelationship (Mythos):Storm loves his mother, Mythos, the thing is, he thinks that she can be a bit... well, he doesn't know how to explain it exactly, but always a bit too close and cuddly? It's hard to explain actually. Even though he really, really does like it mother a lot, he finds that she loves her pups a bit too much. Storm doesn't hate his mother of course, but he feels like she gives them too much hugs. He feels like he's too old for hugs and such, but allows his mother to do that anyways. Maybe that's just him. She's defiantly the closest family member to Storm, since he's usually alone and doesn't talk to his siblings much. But that's just Storm's personal opinion.
Personality:Storm isn't anti-social, but he prefers being alone then being in a huge crowd. He hates being in big crowds since they're so noisy. Small groups of 2-4 are okay, but not over 10. He likes peace and quiet, and doesn't like being disturbed much. Actually, he
hates being disturbed. He's just there, in his peaceful little corner until someone decides to annoy him. He hates when that happens. Storm loves nature though, and likes being outdoors instead of being indoors. He adores running around, feeling free and alive, and it helps him when he's stressed too. He mostly loves sunny days, but other days are fine too, as long as he's outside.
Story:Storm sat under the peaceful shade of a tall tree. He watched the sunset beautiful in the distance, and saw a few butterflies dance around the light of it. He had to go back inside sooner or later, but he wanted to stay out here in the great glory of nature. Turning behind him he saw the tree sway back in forth in the gentle, cool breeze. It was dark on the other end sky, meaning the moon would come soon. Storm wanted to watch the moon come up, but his parents would never allow that. He sighed, and turned back around, facing to the sun's light. It was slowly disappearing, but its rosy light could still be seen. Storm stood up on all fours and stretched for a few moments, then walked near the sun's fading glow. The light reflected against his eyes, and tinted his fur a beautiful orange. He loved watching the sun set, and love watching it rise too. Storm ran towards the sun, keeping his eyes locked onto the setting orangey light. As he ran, he bumped into the fence. Storm grunted, and turned back. He was severely frustrated, and hated the fence that blocked his way from being free. Storm saw the figure of his mother slip out of the human door, and let out a bark, a call meaning that Storm had to go in now. Storm did a slight nod, but he was unhappy that he had to go in. He saw his mother slip back into the door, completely vanishing from sight. Storm reluctantly padded to the door, and saw the little crack between it and the wall, meaning it was open. He walked inside and was greeted by the smell of his family. Mythos was the first to see him, and greeted him happily with a lick on the head. "Your back! Come on, eat something then go to sleep." She barked, looking into Storm's brown eyes. He nodded obediently before trotting to his food dish and eating what was in it. After, he made his way to his soft, green dog beg and plopped himself on it. With a quick shake of his fur he laid down, then slowly closing his eyes before.....
Storm woke up to the sound of barking. He had dozed off last night so quickly, he forgot what he even did. Storm glanced around and saw the face of his mother. Mythos gave his forehead a quick lick before backing up. "Time to get up! Don't want to miss the sun rising!" She barked with a happy tune in her voice. Storm gave her a tired nod before slowly getting up from the safety and comfort of his bed. His mother knew pretty well that Storm loved watching the sun, and so always woke him up for that. The Tosa inu doberman pinscher mix padded to the back door and poked his head outside. The first thing he saw was the dull light of the sun rising. It wasn't that bright yet, but it would in a matter of moments. Storm let the rest of his body slip outside and into the soft light of the rising sun. He ran to a spot where he could see the sun clearly, and could let it shine over his gray fur. Storm let his tongue hang out of his mouth as he saw the yellow light glow brighter and brighter ever second. He could feel his mother stand beside him, admiring the sun as well. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" He could hear Mythos say softly. Storm nodded in agreement, but his gaze was still fixed on the sun. Of course the sun was beautiful. When was it not?
How He Got His Name:How did Storm get his name since he loves the sun much more? Well, it's not really about what he loves. It wasn't known how much he loved the sun before he got his name. When Storm was only a puppy, it was raining heavily. Storm was extremely scared. He never saw such terrifying weather! Though his parents and siblings stayed close to each other, it was still really horrifying for the little pup. Soon the rain turned into a storm. It was thundering and there was flashes of lightning too, and it was loud. Storm looked out one of the windows, and saw how scary it looked. At the window he blended in with the dark skies, and he fell asleep on the ledge. Storm was well hidden, and his family couldn't find him. They were worried sick. Once the storm was over, Storm laid there, now awake. Storm let out a tiny bark and his parents came rushing to him. They thought a good name for a pup that blended in with the dark skies of storms would be well, "Storm".
Favourite Toy:Storm's favourite toy has to be one of those
balls you put food or treats in. He loves the challenge of trying to get whatever's inside of there out. He'll play with it for a few hours, but the next day he'll just keep on rolling it around, letting all the food come out. His is a light blue colour. Storm adores his toy so, so much.
