What are Khimaira Friesians?
Khimaira Friesians are a "normal" friesian breed with all characteristics of a friesian and a average height from 15 to 17 hands, but even 18 hands can occur. The first born Khimaira was mistaked for a chimera horse. But a genetic test showed otherwise, there wasn't a second DNA but a complete new and unknown gen. Because this gen makes the friesian look like a chimera it was named khimaira. khimaira doesn't produce a complete new dna coat and therefor it can only lighten or darken the base coat of the horse. Till now only the paint khimaira is known that makes the khimaira coloration looks like tobiano, overo, sabino or splash. But we believe that there will be more khimaira variations out there and we still try to breed them. Appaloosas are not known till now, but we have some great friesian mixed horses with appaloosa patterns, so we are sure to deliver them to you in a short amount of time.

Why: Petra was a member of Levi's squad. She was squashed against a tree by a female titan due to being distracted by the deaths of her comrades. At the end of the episode they hinted that she and Levi had been engaged. The first time I saw the episode I just couldn't stop crying. Petra was a very strong character and tried her best to bring everyone together. A couple episodes before her tragic death she had told Eren to trust in his friends and in their squad. She wanted him to believe in them and trust them blindly as they would trust him. It was trust and loyalty that kept them alive for many years before the female titan was ever encountered.



This little girl has the same sweet face as Petra and reminded me an awful lot of her. She is strong and sturdy, but her bonds are unbreakable like stones.

Why: My very first horse, Sugarboy (nicknamed Shug), was named after the first horse I learned to ride on, a wonderful retired barrel racer named Scooter Shug. They were both such fantastic horses that I will never, ever forget them. I am reserving the name Sugarboy for a custom I hope to get one day, so this one can have the next best name. Scooter Shug was very calm and patient and smart. I miss him and my own Shug every single day.

Why: Last year, for my senior year in high school, my drama group put on Les Mis (the musical). I didn't play any big parts or anything, but that show really touched me. I'd done two other shows in the previous two years, and thoroughly enjoyed them both, but this one was different. It was a beautiful, beautiful, heartbreaking story - and, it being my last year there, cue the avalanche of extra feels. We did six performances over two weekends. Even after the first show, I was ready to break down in tears. After the last... It was traumatic. For everyone. I don't cry in front of other people, ever, but... I was openly sobbing along with the other forty kids whose lives were now over.
Anyway, that song I particularly like - it's sad and depressing and hopeless, but it's beautiful and real and there is still a shred of hope somewhere in there and it's just beautiful and heartbreaking. When I looked closely at this mare's face, right into her eyes, I just thought - "Fantine!" And then, of course, the song followed immediately after that. So... that is why.

Amaranth is a wonderful mare that always looks to the bright side of things and their inner beauty. She loves just having some fun and she will always make you smile, either with something silly she has done, or just making a wonderful joke about something, she definitely will have an everlasting impact on anyone's life that she comes across. Weather she knows it or not, she has changed the lives of many. And with her going to become a therapy horse that will regularly visit hospitals, she will change even more lives. Amaranth loves it when she can brighten someone's day and make them show just the hint of a smile or laugh, to her, that just makes her day.
