What are Khimaira Friesians?
Khimaira Friesians are a "normal" friesian breed with all characteristics of a friesian and a average height from 15 to 17 hands, but even 18 hands can occur. The first born Khimaira was mistaked for a chimera horse. But a genetic test showed otherwise, there wasn't a second DNA but a complete new and unknown gen. Because this gen makes the friesian look like a chimera it was named khimaira. khimaira doesn't produce a complete new dna coat and therefor it can only lighten or darken the base coat of the horse. Till now only the paint khimaira is known that makes the khimaira coloration looks like tobiano, overo, sabino or splash. But we believe that there will be more khimaira variations out there and we still try to breed them. Appaloosas are not known till now, but we have some great friesian mixed horses with appaloosa patterns, so we are sure to deliver them to you in a short amount of time.

Seems this guy has had a slightly hard time, his hindleg bears the white fur of a scar and he appears to be blind in at least one eye.

Story:Jang-Saeng could not sit back and watch the young foal be punished for stealing apples off of a very cruel farmers tree. He ran out, just as the old man was coming to see who the thief was, so that the farmer would only see him and not the poor hungry foal. He knew the farmer would have killed the foal, but Jang-saeng was used to taking a beating and would not break so easily. He stood his ground as the first blow struck him in the face, then he reared to keep the farmers attention on himself as the foal ran away out of shock and fear. The black stallion turned to make his own escape once the foal was gone, but as he turned the farmer managed a last strike on his back ankle, removing the hair and flesh with the splintered wood he used for a weapon, leaving a permanent scar to serve as a reminder not to go near his apples again.

Story:
Barnabus was born blind. From the moment his grey dusky eyes opened his mother knew that he would not be able to see the vibrant world around him and it tore at her heart. She did everything for her presumably defenseless foal, guiding him wherever he went and becoming wary whenever her handlers tried to lead him themselves. However, what the doting mother failed to realize was that Barnabus was not defenseless. He could maneuver and operate just as well if not better than the other horses in the paddock for one key reason. As he grew, the need for sight dwindled, and his other senses began to sharpen considerably to the point that he could feel every stone he stepped on, every blade of grass he ate was a delicacy, the sound of the mice skittering in the beams overhead would keep him up at night from time to time, and he was always the first of the horses to realize when one of the stable hands was milling about looking for the treat bag. After years of growing accustomed to the world around him with his lack of sight he walked confidently through the paddocks and barns, not an inkling of caution or hesitancy could ever be seen. He is a patient stallion whose inability has made him view the world in a different way and is nothing but sweet to everyone, even strangers to the barn. He will lead easily and rarely gets spooked because he usually senses what's coming before it's anywhere close.

Story:
"Come now my love. You're almost there." The dark brown foal's eyes flicked up to the soothing words of his dam. The larger silver dapple bay mare touched her velvety muzzle to his small, fuzzy foal ears encouragingly. The foal's legs were folded beneath him, still slightly wet. One by one he moved each one, putting his forelegs in front of him and pushing with his hind legs. He slowly got to his hooves, wobbling slightly.
"Lovely, my dear." His mother said to him, nickering. His legs wobbled again and he fell back onto the straw.
"Just one more try, little one." His mother's encouragement brightened the young foal's mood and he flicked his ears in determination. He would do it, this time.
He pushed forward on his legs, begging they stay still this time. Wobbling a little, he found his balance and tottered his way over to his dam's larger body and began to nurse. The sweet scent of milk filled his nose and the delicious taste rolled into his mouth. Milk dribbled on his whiskers.
"Look at you, my strong, brave son." She said, touching her nose to her foal's rump as she watched him nurse. Her head jerked up as she heard a familiar sound of footsteps. The humans were coming.
The foal's milk-studded whiskers trembled as he turned his head to look at the strange creatures. Now fully on his hooves, he scanned his surroundings. He and his mother were enclosed in a large wooden area, with a bag of hay hanging in the corner with a pile of hay beneath it. The walls went about halfway up his mother's body, and he saw the ears of other horses flicking beyond them. A bucket of water was hung on the wall and next to it an empty bucket, smelling of something delicious. The humans stood beyond the wooden walls, their long, spindly arms hanging over the sides and clasping together as they looked at each other and discussed the pair. One of the smaller ones pointed at him and spoke urgently to his comrade. The foal didn't understand them, and eventually went back to nursing.
"He's gonna be silver dapple black, just like we wanted, ain't he?" The first man said, gazing at the foal as he nursed.
"You betcha. We're gonna fetch some fine foals with this colt." The other said, opening the gate and entering the stall to pat the mare's nose.
"We better leave em' be. The mare's got her colt under control, there ain't no reason to interfere. We'll have the vet check em' in a few hours." The first man called out his friend and the two left, their footsteps fading behind him. The smaller human remained, her gaze remaining fixed on the foal in a dreamy manner.
"Ain't he beautiful?" She murmured to herself. "I want to name him... Kivulo."

Story:
Adonis was born half-blind. Many horses didn't really like that about him as they deem him as weak and will definitely not make it. However, his mother was a kind-hearted soul and put every ounce of her energy into nursing and loving him. It did take Adonis a bit longer to pick up things as compared to normal foals as his vision hindered him. The stable-hands were also there to love and help Adonis. The herd still didn't really like Adonis and would prefer to distant themselves away from him.
However, as the years went by, Adonis grew more lonelier. The horses didn't really want to socialise with him and the only ones who loved him and truly cared were the stable-hands and his mother. However, as fate happened, Adonis's life changed for the better. A large sedan car pulled up to the stable one day and the owner came out, signed some documents and brought some items out. Soon, a beautiful dog was brought out. Her name was Anfisa. She was adopted after her rescue in a mud pitt and was brought to the stable. She immediately bounded towards Adonis and licked his foreleg before bounding around him. Adonis was rather confused but also quite intrigued.
As days turned to weeks, Adonis and Anfisa interacted more. The dog would always be by his side and he would always be by hers. They always play with one another and Anfisa would always help look out for Adonis, barking to let him know that there's something in the way or he should walk the other way. Adonis's life became brighter all thanks to his own companion.
