Why red-orange?

Color of sunset, sunrise, egg-yolk-Sun in the sky. Baira sees herself in red-orange.
Color of new beginnings, of closings and endings. Baira wakes before the Sun, grasping clawed and leathery hands out at the air, stretching down, out, down, out before exhaustion leads to exhalation and eventually collapse. She enjoys this waking-up ritual, sitting at a pair of gaping curtains and waiting for the sun to shine between them, arcing up and over the treeline.

Color most like fire, ready to consume, but vaguely resembles her own clay earth, paving unmarred lands, untouched by civilization or sentience, calm and full of potential.
Color most unlike water, which she despises, a color opposite of erosion and removal.

A Few Things About Baira;;

environmentally-friendly energy
source

- tends to judge from afar and
not approach unless she gets
a good impression

- also super addicted to painting

The color turquoise is a calming blue color.Looking at something that's any shade of calms Sheldon down and makes her relax.She has big anxiety issues,and she keeps a turquoise necklace in the shape of a heart around her neck.When she gets tensed up she looks at it and it calms her down.

Shellie is very sweet....when she wants to be.For the most part,she holds a snarky air to herself and has a high level of pride.She comes off extremely rude,and very much "doesn't care about your problems".Despite how full and sure of herself she can be and seems,she does have very severe anxiety.But she tends to snap at people when she gets really tense,or come off as just plain nasty and mean.She's been going to a therapist to help learn how to calm down and control her outbursts and how to control her anxiety when it flares up.Other than that,she is a huge gamer and has an entire wall in her room made into shelves to hold the games she has.She tends to keep quiet about it for the most part to avoid being called a liar because of how she acts.
