Username: Isabella45
Name: African Queen //
Violet Gender: Female
Collar Color: Purple Personality: Violet is a lively, feisty, mischievous girl. As a very young kitten she was always playing pranks and getting into mischief, usually dragging at least one of her siblings along with her. Now that she is grown things haven't changed much. She is determined, loyal, and as mischievous as ever. She hates being told what to do, and can be very stubborn. But she can also be very sweet and considerate, also selfless, with her family. She is wary of strangers, but very protective and trusting of her parents and siblings.
Story: Violet barely remembers being a kitten. Her happy memories are too numerous to count. But, there is one memory that sticks out among the others. She was just a baby, about six months old . . . .
Violet was always making mischief. Even when she was very tiny. Most of the time her parents had to scold her constantly to get her to behave. On one particular occasion during a family game of hide and seek she decided to stay hidden and see what everyone did.
She slid between a crate in the barn and the wall.
She stayed there for hours. Eventually she got hungry, then thirsty, then sore and tired.
She heard her parents worried mews drifting further and further away.
Deciding it was time to stop her little game Violet tried to leave her hiding place. But she found herself stuck.
She had wedged herself too tightly between the crate and wall and now couldn't get herself unstuck.
When she realized just how stuck she was she began to cry. Softly at first, then more loudly.
It was a half hour later that her parents came and found her.
Her father helped move the crate and Violet was almost smothered by her mother and siblings who surrounded her, saying how glad they were that she was safe.
Of course, a scolding followed, but what Violet will always remember is that, angry as they were, her parents and even her siblings were quick to forgive and offer comfort when she was hurting.
Relationships:Violet is closet to her brother,
King. She feels comfortable telling him anything and everything.
Violet gets along with her
mothervery well. She admires her mother's loveliness and sweet nature. When she was a kitten Sylvia taught her to climb trees quickly and safely and those are some of Violet's best memories.
Violet gets along pretty well with her
fathertoo. Being a girl an older now she is a bit closer to Sylvia than she is to her dad, but she admires him and loves him just as much as her mother.
Violet would have to say that next to King,
Queen is her best friend. Sometimes the two get into fights and have a pretty good go at each other (Only verbally of course!) but in the end they always make up and apologize. Besides, what sisters really do have a peffect relationship? None that Violet and Queen know of! Violet knows that in the end Queen would come through for her, and she would come through for Queen.
