The long awaited and anticipated cub growth... is completed!
One of my all time favorite character concepts is done! I have made the choice that doing edits using paintery is far easier than drawing lines. c:

Design notes:
The jellyfish tendrils sting and phytoplankton live in fur - On feet and in long leg fluff -, making him glow whenever he moves. He has medium length fur and it is so light in weight that it appears to float as if underwater. Claws, teeth, and tail blades are the same color.
His eyes never have a reflection. The pupil is white while the sclera is 'galactic'.
Snaggle tooth his right side is broken.
