Growth for -Willow!
Design notes:
Base coat is based off a sea otter while edits are of a leafy sea dragon and coral. Stripes glow a red and pupils are rectangular. Teeth are the same color as the claws and tail blades, and the tongue is the same color as the pads on the feet.
