A referral competition! This will be for a custom Stellune.
This custom Stellune will be designed by me (Or it can be you if you want, but you need to give me the design so I can transfer it!) and you need to pick out a palette if I'm designing it. The custom can have a maximum of 3 edits on it as well and these edits cannot be very rare (i.e Extra/missing limbs, special powers, different antennae, etc.) You will need to specify these edits with me!
The rules are simple:
✦ You CANNOT PM random people AT ALL, this is strictly against CS rules. Friends are fine as long as they are okay with it.
✦ You CANNOT pay people to refer to you, this is a very cheap way of winning that I will not allow
✦ Don't spam CS asking for referrals
✦ I have the right to disqualify you as I see fit if something comes up that seems fishy or I feel shouldn't be allowed/done
If I catch you breaking any of these rules I will disqualify you IMMEDIATELY. No questions! If you are unsure about something please PM me!
All you need to do is get someone to mark the main thread and have them state you referred them there! The easiest way to go about it is if you put an advertisement in your signature asking people to state your name if they decide to mark the thread! You get 1 point added for each referral on the thread!
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
Don't feel like doing a referral competition? Well there is a runner up custom for this competition as well! The custom will not have any edits however you can choose their palette! I will not accept designs submitted however.
For the runner up competition it will be a raffle! All you need to do is have the advertisement in your signature and submit a raffle ticket! If you do not have the advertisement in your signature then your ticket will not be counted and you will not be entered in the raffle. This has to remain there until I announce the winner!
If you are COPPA'd you can still enter! These rules apply to COPPA'd members only and don't count for regular members, all you need to do is draw a picture of a Stellune and post it! Keep in mind you can't use it as an advertisement purpose (i.e linking to the thread) as this is against Oekaki rules, just drawing it will be enough!
When filling out a raffle ticket start with the number 1, then the next person has 1 number higher (2) and the next (3) and so on! Please check to see you didn't accidentally post the same number as someone else!

1 person cannot win both customs! While you may enter for both competitions if I manage to pull you as a winner for the raffle when you won the referral competition I will repull the winner. Keep in mind the advertisements need to be clearly visible as well.
