First design. ;w; Hello all <33 didn't wanna break the chain of stripes and light bases quite yet so here's another one

edit;; went back in and changed the blanket lines cause the previous one was just a sketch. ;w; I was really tired last night

My face feels like it's been melting all week so forgive me- couldn't be bothered to think of anything original so I used this palette and loosely based this off of an indian giant squirrel before I got bored. c':

Simple naming/designing contest! This one looks like it's ready for bed. Doing absolutely nothing over the summer takes a lot out of any creature. Give this kid a name and design their blanket by either describing it or pulling something off the internet (I'll do my best to replicate it!) Please don't design it urself- wanna keep it easy on u all. Or just keep it like it is I don't really care what you do. Then give me an explanation on its significance. 50 word min, 300 word max! Prettying up won't do much for ya, but you can go ahead. .3. (Psst also put a shape/object in your form- won't really do much but it'd help me with my next design. ;w; this part is completely optional too!) Form must be completely filled with requirements for it to count!

Significance:
Many Vaiki question Mars blanket, why is it always with him? Why if it's dirty does he not wash it? Mars' answer is simple, it was his baby blanket. A usual thing, keeping one's baby blanket, however Mars' situation is less usual. The young Vaiki spent most of his childhood moving around from place to place, everything changing from move to move except his baby blanket. That was the one thing in life that never change, the one variable in every scenario. Growing up on the move, Mars' has become quite attached to the blanket, often going everywhere with it (think Linus), but lately he has become even more attached. See, Mars mother just passed away due to a tragic accident, and his baby blanket is his last connection to her. It even sort of smells like her, which is why he refuses to wash it, regardless of how worn and dirty it gets, because when that blanket is wrapped around him and his mother's scent fills the air, Mars feels like she is still with him.[/right]

Significance: factuary's blanket means the world to him, for it was hand (or claw rather) made by his mother, whom he thought the world of. He had done what he could to preserve it through the years despite keeping it with him through most anything as long as he was able to, besides important meetings or getting too warmed up during the humid months, but regardless factuary has treasures this blanket with all his heart and soul can muster.

Name: janus, after the two headed god of passages and beginnings
Gender: female
Blanket Design: many brightly colored eyes !
Significance: while this design may be a little off putting, the presence of the eyes makes janus feel less lonely.

Significance: Kilo comes from a very small village. In said village, foxes are known as a very sacred animal. Their stealth and cleverness are envied by the people. When Kilo told the village that she was moving to pursue her dreams, the elders banded together to make her a very special blanket to remind her of her home village at night. She refuses to ever get rid of it, and it's always nicely folded when she isn't using it. The blankets foxes are symbols to remind her to never forget her origins, and also that there is always a way to fix something. Just think like a fox would.
