Mercury is a fast talker and a fantastic actor- it's impossible to tell if he's lying,
and he's one of the most dishonest vaikis around. He owns an antique shop and
is quick to spin a tale of where a particular item came from, knowing half of his
merchandise is fake and the other half is stolen. He doesn't find it that hard to
sell his ridiculously overpriced stock, often exploiting tourists who don't see past
his sly grin. Mercury does a lot of traveling, and when people begin to question
the legitimacy of his business, he simply packs up shop and skips town.

Partly because he moves so much, and partly because he just doesn't care to get close to people, Mercury comes off quite distant and isn't very talkative outside of work. He doesn't share anything about his personal life with anyone, and doesn't keep any close friends.
