to win them, you have to design them an outfit! it must be drawn but you can use references, as long as you don't reference an already put together outfit. you can draw the outfit on them in feral form, anthro, or human! the drawing showing the outfit can be a sketch or full piece, doesn't matter to me as long as I can see the outfit clearly (meaning no headshots please).
