What is a Jewel Mane Dragon?
A Jewel Mane Dragon - often shortened to JMD, is a large dragon-like creature with extremely soft fur covering its entire body and special “jewels” located on both it’s head and tail. These jewels hold special powers, and grant each dragon abilities based on the color of the jewel. Many years ago, Jewel Mane Dragons were hunted for their pelts and jewels which were made into fine garments and luxury items. Around the turn of the century, the practice of hunting JMDs was outlawed. Since then most have taken to adopting Jewel Mane Dragons as companions.

This one is inspired by Mother Knows Best and the reprise by Mother Gothel from Tangled!

What is their most cherished possession? Her mother's old scrapbook
Aucilla found the book on her bedside table the day her mother disappeared. It is a large scrapbook with a golden cover and many drawings on flowers taped on the front. It's the last thing she has of her mother's, so it'll always be Aucilla's treasure. For Aucilla, it reminds her of her adventures with her mom, traveling from town to town to follow her mom's passion for flowers. They went to so many different places, picking flowers and drying them out into bookmarks or other various things. To this day Aucilla still does it, adding to her mom's scrapbook. She hopes that maybe one day while on these adventures she may find her mom, clinging onto the hope that she is out there somewhere.

What is their most cherished possession?
Aidith loves her tiny black kitten called Dee to pieces. She is always by her side, and they go everywhere together. The reason for this is that Aidith's mother died when Aidith was only five years old. She was absolutely devasted and mourned her for years. Depression overcame her as a teenager, and when Aidith moved out she was only just beginning to finally overcome the tragedy. Her mother had always loved kittens, though sadly was allergic to them. So when Aidith moved out, she bought a kitten and never left its side. There's no clear reason as to why its black - it was the first one that Aidith spotted, and she thought it was adorable, so she bought it.

Liora's most cherished possession isn't a tangible item, but light itself. She is not afraid of the dark, but she is always more comfortable when there is some form of light around her. She will often carry lanterns or catch fireflies to make sure that even in her darkest moments, she'll be able to see light.

What is their most cherished possession? a locket containing the image of a beautiful (to him) Turkish van cat. He was Night songs best friend until the day he was cruelly take by a fallen tree in a storm. So he draws love and confidence from the locket Becuse he knows as long as he has it，his little boy will never be forgotten and in a way is still with him. If he loses or its stolen let's just say you don't want to be around for his fit of emotion.

All of the forms were lovely, but this one caught my attention. ;v;
Little details like dried flower bookmarks really tied together the meaning behind the scrapbook, and I hope to see more of Aucilla and her story in the future. nvn
