She's extremely intrigued by it and yet partially confused. Everytime she sees little kids playing outside with the play dough, she should try to get as close as possible to observe it. The play dough was extremely malleable and the smell of it confuses her.
There was once when a kid went up to her with a carrot. It didn't smell like the usual carrots she ate but as she was about to take a bite, it was quickly taken away from the child. The parent quickly corrected the kid, saying it was bad if she ate it. It looked just like a normal carrot, though when she saw the parent applying pressure, the carrot became disfigured.

Galaxy never been around play dough before. But that all changed when her owner ended up dropping it in the paddock. At first Galaxy spooked but then she got to like it. She nosed the Play dough as she felt the coolness and she sprang back and shook her coat. Galaxy then decided to pick up the play dough as she tossed it around and picked it up and tossed it around. So lets say she loves play dough. She would get all excited when she see's it.

What is this mares reaction to play dough? : Once, when Honey was just a little filly, Danica was playing with some play dough. Curious, she went over to her and sniffed the play dough. Danica giggled and held it out for her. Honey spooked and did a lap around the paddock, then trotted back to her handler. She would watch in amazement as Danica squished it and stretched it, and molded it into different shapes and forms. Once she tried to nibble it, but it was awful! After that she never wanted to come near it again, every time she saw it, she would spook and run away.

What is this mares reaction to play dough? :

Dakota first encountered play dough when she was an adolescent and her first impression was that it was smelly and all too irritating to handle. She didn't like how it would sometimes stick to her velvety muzzle or hard hooves whenever she touched it and the smell, oh the smell... let's just say she wasn't the least bit enthralled with the bitter, peculiar smell of the colorful substance. Although she had learned to tolerate it because one of her close friends Hickory was more than thrilled an entertained when playing with the molding substance. Dakota tolerated it for as long as she could until Hickory thought one particular piece of play dough smelled different and pushed it towards her to get her to smell it. Dakota just so happened to breath in too deeply and the play dough got sucked up into her nostril sending the young leopard Gypsy into a state of shock and panic as she gave a loud and frantic snort, dislodging it from her nose. Ever since then this mare has steered clear of play dough as much as she could.

What is this mares reaction to play dough? : The first time she ever saw this stuff, it was when one of the kids who came around for an animal therapy session dropped a pot of it on the floor. Curious as she always is, she used her teeth to pop the lid open and tip the contents out. She sniffed it (it smelled weird, but not enough to drive her away), then proceeded to push on it with her foot. It left a perfect imprint of her hoof, and she became very excited. She went to find a friend of hers, Celso, and showed him what had happened. The two of them stepped on the stuff until they had smushed it completely into the ground.

What is this mares reaction to play dough? : Rahni trotted along the fence to find a big lump of play dough, she had no idea what it was. She stopped and stuck her face next to it and smelt it, it smelt salty. She opened her mouth and licked it, it was very salty but she liked it. In the end there was no play dough left and the owners wondered where they managed to leave the play dough.

What is this mares reaction to play dough?: Natasha walked up to the neon colored putty. It looked alien, and smelled . . . sickly sweet. Natasha jerked back. She did not trust whatever this was. Her hooves, with a mind of their own, took a few good paces back to observe the entity from a distance. What in the world? She glared at it, for she was a brave mare, and for something so small and insignificant to frighten her didn't simply work like that. She marched up to it determinedly, trampled it for a minute or two, then stepped back to admire her work. She then went right back to work, and destroyed it even more, just for good measure. She then sniffed it again cautiously. It now smelled like dirt, but still retained that untrustworthy sickly sweet smell. She took a nibble, then kicked it into the next pasture, snorted, and huffed away.

What is this mares reaction to play dough? : Glory didn't mind it at first, until she got a good whiff of the smell! It was horrible, so she backed away as far as possible, leading to her getting her tail knotted in the hay net in her stall, taking her owners approximately 2 hours to get her untangled and her tail back in working order. Glory could care less if the kids play with play-dough, so long as it gets nowhere near her!
